WebMD Pilot Program FAQs

If you have more questions about the WebMD pilot program, you can always reach out to us!

What is the WebMD pilot program?

Practice growth is a top priority for many of our members. To better support that goal, Alma is launching a 6-month pilot program where select Alma members will be given a free profile on WebMD’s online directory.

How were members selected?

The Alma members invited to participate in the WebMD pilot program were chosen based on predetermined criteria such as location, consultation availability, and private practice goals.

Where do I sign up?

Please fill out the WebMD Partnership Opt-In Form. As a reminder, this program is only available to select members who received an invitation via email.

Am I required to participate?

No. If you don’t wish to participate in the WebMD pilot program, no further action is required.

Are there any requirements?

If you choose to participate in the pilot program, you agree to keep your profile live on WebMD’s online directory for the entirety of the 6-month program, which runs until February 2024. At that point, you will be given the opportunity to opt out.

How will you build my WebMD profile?

Alma is happy to cover the cost of your pre-existing WebMD profile. By opting in to the program, Alma will become responsible for your profile. This means you will no longer have access to your login information, but you can always make changes to your profile by using the WebMD Partnership Profile Request Form.

Can I customize my WebMD profile?

To request any changes to your WebMD profile, please complete the WebMD Partnership Profile Request Form. It may take up to 30 days for these changes to be reflected on your WebMD profile.

Are there any additional fees to participate?

No! Alma is covering the total cost of your WebMD profile — so it’s completely free to you!

What if I already have a WebMD profile?

Alma is happy to cover the cost of your pre-existing WebMD profile. By opting in to the program, Alma will become responsible for your profile. This means you will no longer have access to your login information, but you can always make changes to your profile by using the WebMD Partnership Profile Request Form.

Why are there reviews on my WebMD profile?

WebMD gives clients the option to write a public review about their experience, which can be a great way to attract new clients to your practice! If a review is inaccurate or inappropriate, you may use the WebMD Partnership Profile Request Form to have it removed.
