At Alma, we conduct structured interviews. This means all candidates are asked identical questions, and responses are evaluated using the same rubric.
1. Submit an application
We ask everyone to submit an application through our job board. If you seem like a good fit for the role, a recruiter from Alma will reach out to schedule an introductory call.
2. Share your expertise
You’ll learn more about the role and get the chance to share your background during conversations with the recruiter and the hiring manager. This may also include a take home assessment.
3. Meet the team
At this stage, you’ll meet with other employees at Alma who will ask you pre-determined questions related to the role. Every candidate is also required to participate in an interview centered on our five core values.
4. Get the offer
You will receive regular updates about your application status throughout the process. If you’re the best candidate for the role, we’ll hop on a call to send our congratulations and go over next steps.
To ensure pay equity, we do not negotiate salaries. Alma stays up-to-date on compensation trends and reassesses the market on an annual basis.
