Alma is on a mission to simplify access to affordable mental health care. Through this partnership, select Alma members will be given a free profile on Therapy for Black Girl’s online directory. We’re excited to help Black women and girls find care, a historically underserved audience, and give our members another route for caseload growth.
Members were chosen to participate based on the following criteria:
- Black or African American
- Female, nonbinary, or transgender
- Active member for more than 3 months
- Accepting new clients
- Takes insurance
If you were not invited to participate, stay tuned for more opportunities in the future. We are always looking for new ways to help members reach their private practice goals, and we will open this up to newly eligible providers on a quarterly basis.
Please fill out the Therapy for Black Girls Partnership Opt-In Form. As a reminder, this program is only available to select members who received an invitation via email.
No. If you don’t wish to participate in this program, no further action is required.
If you choose to participate, you will receive an email from Therapy for Black Girls to build your profile. This will include a unique promo code to cover the cost of your membership.
No! Alma is covering the total cost of your profile — so it’s completely free to you!
You will need to create a new profile with Therapy for Black Girls using our Partnership Opt-In Form.
If you choose to terminate your membership with Alma, your participation in covered programs, including the Therapy For Black Girls listing, will also be terminated.
