Question 1

How do I decide between online and in-person sessions?

Your schedule, privacy at home, and how you concentrate can all shape this. Ask a clinician how they run sessions in each format and whether you can switch later. In Alma's Florida directory, filter by format and save a few profiles to compare.

Question 2

Is online therapy covered the same as in-person in Florida?
